50 SONGS LEVEL 2 is the second part of three separate programs to help take you from ‘end of beginner’ level to a high intermediate level.

By the end of 50 Songs Level 2 you’ll be able to do the following:

1. Develop your technique to include new devices (see below) as well as play and understand swing 8th note based lines (plus triplets) and straight 8th note based lines using the concept of ‘front end’ and ‘back end.’
2. Understand and be able to play/use the second set of 10 devices in the bass players vocabulary. Additionally this level will introduce more modifying devices or two.
3. Know how to put lines together using this material.
