A beta program to develop the ONLY collection of Foundation Exercises for rock and pop bass players. No walking. No soloing….just “bread and butter” bass playing! (Note that for 99.9% of bass players the money and, more importantly, the fun is found in “bread and butter” bass playing!)

Here’s a quick recap of what you’re getting today

  • BETA PROGRAM: the beta run of Origin Exercises For Bass starts in the week commencing 12th September. I genuinely have no idea how long it will take to complete…12 to 20 weeks is what I have on allowed on my schedule for completion.
  • THREE BOOKS: the program will generate three books excerpted from the program content: 8th NOTE ORIGIN EXERCISES FOR BASS, 16th NOTE ORIGIN EXERCISES FOR BASS, and HANON VARIATIONS (FOR BASS, PIANO AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS).If your name is on the Thank You page you’ll get digital copies of all three….if it’s not, you’ll get digital copies of the two Origin Exercises books.
  • EFFICIENT PRACTICE: these exercises work on fretboard development, technical development, real world devices that you’ll use in bass lines and subliminal ear training. (I’ve never seen any other collection of exercises that work on as many aspects at the same time.)
  • BETA BONUS: Digital copies of the two origin exercises books that will result from this program as described above. Along with website access.
  • BETA BONUS: Bass Hanon PDF – the original 250 page PDF is waiting in the bonus area for you.
  • BETA BONUS: Bass Hanon Variations – the original PDF for this book is also in the bonus area. This will form the foundation for the new book, HANON VARIATIONS (For Bass, Piano And Other Instruments).
  • BETA BONUS: When I created the original Bass Hanon book, I created a midi file of each exercise with the exercise itself, a block chord and a metronomic drum beat. These are all collected, zipped together, and waiting in the bonus area of the site.
  • BETA BONUS: Six Band In A Box Chordal Metronome Styles With Foundational Sixteenth Note Rhythms.  When practicing with 16th note rhythms, it can help to have a drum track that mimics the 16th note rhythms you are practicing. If you’ve got Band In A box, these six styles will take you less than 60 seconds to download and install and at the touch of a button these will be a crucial part of your practicing toolbox.
  • BONUS: Band In A Box practice tracks. Each exercise will have a Band In A Box chord progression track to go with it….I’ll share my files so YOU don’t have to program anything!

 

REMINDER: This is an ongoing program that will take multiple weeks to complete…when completed, enrollment will be at least $97.  Initial enrollment closed on Monday 18th September and the program will reopen when it’s completed.  (And with some of the above bonuses withdrawn!)
